Submitting a project or partnership proposal

and the proposed next step

Initial submissions should remain concise. Further documentation may be requested after preliminary review.

Review process

Every submission will be assessed according to its relevance to SSED's strategic focus areas, institutional fit and current stage of development. A submitted proposal may be:

directed to the relevant internal team
referred to an appropriate operating or technical partner
retained for future consideration
or declined where it falls outside SSED's present scope

SSED may not respond to unsolicited proposals that do not provide sufficient context or demonstrate a clear connection to the organisation's work.

Structured partnerships begin with clarity

A clear and well-prepared introduction allows us to determine whether there is a meaningful basis for engagement.
