Resort, Hospitality
and Tourism Development
Resort, hospitality and tourism-led property development, with select mixed-use components supporting Seychelles' visitor economy.
Overview
Tourism demand, limited land availability and growing interest in branded hospitality create both opportunity and complexity in Seychelles' resort and tourism-property landscape. SSED provides the coordination framework for structuring credible, investable resort and hospitality developments. While some initiatives may include mixed-use components, the emphasis remains on holiday, hospitality and tourism-led property rather than general residential housing.
